Yujung (SYJ) is a graduated from Emory University in 2021 with a BA in Music Composition. She is interested in composition, sound design, and audio engineering.
Yujung has played the violin since she was very young, learned how to play the cajón in her freshman year of college, and began learning the piano the summer before her sophomore year.
Yujung is fluent in both Korean and English, and proficient in Mandarin.
EXPERIENCE:
Yujung is currently working as an Assistant Audio Engineer at Covenant Audio in Atlanta, GA, and has worked as an assistant audio engineer for a few productions at university as well. Yujung also did the sound design plus audio mixing and mastering for Emory’s remote production of “First Date the Musical”.
A lover of music, one of Yujung's life goals is to learn as many instruments as she can, and she hopes to continue to surround herself with music in the future.
Constantly learning and open to discovering more, SYJ is a space to showcase her progress and the things she's learned so far.
